Location: Wrexham (Hybrid, 2 days office / 3 days home)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 + 8% Annual Bonus

A leading international organisation is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its Shared Service Centre supporting the Iberian market.
Fluency in either Portuguese or Spanish is essential, with Portuguese preferred due to the market structure.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced AR professional looking to join a global business offering hybrid working, study support (AAT, ACCA & CIMA), and genuine progression opportunities within finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable activities for the Iberian market
- Allocate cash receipts and customer payments
- Maintain customer ledgers and account reconciliations
- Perform monthly reconciliations between sub-ledgers and the General Ledger
- Investigate and resolve aged debt, particularly balances over 90 days
- Support month-end and sales reporting
- Process invoice postings and assist with intercompany transactions
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain and wider business teams
About You
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience is essential
- Fluent in either Portuguese or Spanish
- Strong experience with cash allocation, reconciliations and ledger management
- Experience managing aged debt and customer queries
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs
- SAP S/4HANA experience would be advantageous
- Experience with BlackLine or Shared Service Centre environments would be beneficial
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
