A global travel company is looking for an AP specialist to come in on maternity cover
Your new company
A global travel company is looking for an AP specialist to join their team for 6 months on a maternity cover. They need a driven candidate who is happy to deal with lots of manual processes.
Your new role
You will be fulfilling the following duties:
- Processing invoices (approx. 400 per month) for 2 entities
- No PO system in place so very manual
- Investigating legacy queries and POs
- Processing expenses, expenses review (10–20 reports a month)
- Queries and disputes are dealt with through an external help desk (ticketed system)
What you'll need to succeed
- You MUST have experience working with manual PO processes, investigating historical data etc.
- Experience with multiple currencies desired.
