Accounts Payable Manager - Wallingford up to £42,000
Hays Accountancy and Finance has been engaged to support a leading non-profit organisation to acquire the latest addition to the finance team, an Accounted Payable Manager.

Your new role:
What you'll need to succeed :
-Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
-Advanced competency with spreadsheet and word processing packages and finance systems.
-Experience with purchase ledger systems integrated within a standard financial accounting package.
-Moderate financial accounting experience including fixed asset accounting, VAT returns, and balance sheet reconciliations.
-Strong people management experience.
-Demonstrable experience in process development and implementation.
-Education & Qualifications:
-Professionally Qualified: Qualified AAT, Part qualified- CIMA, ACA, ACCA.
-Part qualified and/or qualified by experience (5+ years) will be considered.

•Line Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve their best.
•Fortnightly Payment Runs Approval: Oversee and approve regular payment processes.
•Quarterly Bank Reconciliations Sign-Off: Ensure accuracy and compliance across our global accounts.
•APD/IPT Claims Submissions: Manage and submit accurate claims.
•Annual Royalty Payments: Oversee and process royalty payments efficiently.
•Payroll Processing, Reconciliation, and Forecasting: Handle payroll with precision, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
What you'll need to succeed :
