• Provide leadership and day-to-day support to a team of six Accounts Payable professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of escalated issues.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across departments.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Legal / Professional Services experience is preferred, but not essential
• Demonstrated ability to lead or supervise a finance team, with a focus on performance and development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounts payable processes.
