Hays are working with a firm in Gloucester who are looking to add an extra head to their Accounts Payable team for a 4-week period.

Your new role

• Support with Query resolution and account reconciliations
• Input of purchase invoices
• Matching of invoices to PO receipts
• Maintain supplier accounts within the IFS system
• Support with supplier onboarding
• Ad hoc support duties as required per interim arrangement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong communication skills and ability to influence suppliers
• Organised and methodical in approach to work
• Competence in using ERP systems
• Relevant qualifications and experience would be preferred.
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing organisation is desired but not essential for the role.
