• Maintaining accurate sales and purchase ledgers, including processing employee expenses
• Completing vendor and customer account reconciliations
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Preparing and setting up payment runs
• Handling internal and external stakeholder queries
• Assisting with external audit requirements
• Supporting ad‑hoc analysis, reporting, and project work as required by the leadership team

• Experience in accounts payable, finance administration, or similar transactional finance roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills and confidence dealing with stakeholders
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Competence with finance systems and Excel

• Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the Leeds office
• Suitable for candidates living within a commutable distance of Leeds, including Bradford, Wakefield, Harrogate, York, Huddersfield, and surrounding areas
