Accounts Payable Clerk – Immediate Start – Greater Belfast – Early Finish Friday

Your new role
In this role, you’ll report directly to the Head of Purchase to Pay and play a key part in the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable function. You’ll gain exposure to senior leadership and be part of a collaborative team that values transparency, development, and celebrating success.
- Process vendor payment requests and resolve invoice queries.
- Maintain supplier records and generate routine reports.
- Respond to vendor queries professionally via email and other formats.
- Perform reconciliation activities and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Support dispute resolution and contribute to continuous improvement initiative.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Finance or Accounts Payable role.
- 5 GCSEs (Grades A–C) or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Third-level qualification in a finance-related discipline.
