Your new role

Are you ready to launch your career in Finance within a dynamic and supportive environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing transactional finance team as a Purchase to Pay Associate at a well-established manufacturing site in Dunmurry, just outside Belfast City Centre.
In this role, you’ll report directly to the Head of Purchase to Pay and play a key part in the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable function. You’ll gain exposure to senior leadership and be part of a collaborative team that values transparency, development, and celebrating success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process vendor payment requests and resolve invoice queries.
  • Maintain supplier records and generate routine reports.
  • Respond to vendor queries professionally via email and other formats.
  • Perform reconciliation activities and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Support dispute resolution and contribute to continuous improvement initiative.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Finance or Accounts Payable role.
  • 5 GCSEs (Grades A–C) or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Desirable:
  • Third-level qualification in a finance-related discipline.
