About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑driven Accounts Payable Specialist to join the business on a temporary basis. The role will support the AP function to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and supplier payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices through Basware and SAP
- Handle manual invoices in line with internal policies
- Resolve payment and invoice queries with suppliers
- Set up new suppliers and maintain accurate records
- Prepare monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with AP systems (Basware/SAP experience highly beneficial)
