Accounts Payable Assistant (Temporary)

Hays are proud to be working closely with a large and established private sector organisation based in West Lothian who require an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team on a 6-Month Temporary Basis.

Your new role

Some of the main responsibilities include

- High Volume Invoice Processing
- Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Payment Runs
- Dealing with Queries

What you'll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you should bring substantial experience in the responsibilities outlined above and demonstrate a proactive, ready-to-contribute mindset from day one. While there are no mandatory system requirements, familiarity with Oracle is desirable.
