A high-growth construction business that is a leading name within the industry. The company is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Assistant to support their Accounts Payable function.

Your new role

• Reporting to the AP Manager

• Processing supplier invoices

• Coding invoices onto the system

• Applying correct treatment of VAT

• Maintaining supplier accounts

• Reconciling supplier accounts / supplier query resolutions

• Setting up payment runs (BACS, CHAPS, Cheques, Direct Debits)

• Processing staff expenses

What you'll need to succeed

• Good accounts payable experience

• Construction industry experience beneficial but not essential
