A global media publishing company is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join them for 6 months.

Your new company

You will be working for a media publishing company in the heart of London, sitting within a dynamic finance team. It is a 6-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave.

Your new role
You will be working as an Accounts Payable Assistant dealing with complex invoices and large volumes of data.

Duties:
  • Process high volumes Of purchase invoices

  • Ensure all invoices are processed accurately and authorised in accordance with agreed limits in a timely manner.

  • Adhere to our weekly objectives.

  • Resolving Internal and External Purchase Ledger queries.

  • Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details.

  • Reconciliation of supplier statements.

  • Processing staff company credit cards & expenses monthly and promptly.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working in the AP function
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Working in a retail background or similar
  • Experience working with large volumes/stock
  • Collaborative and can-do attitude
