A well-established business in the waste management sector is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join its high-performing finance team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Antrim, offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong Accounts Payable or general finance experience who are looking to contribute to a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase invoices and credit notes using automated systems
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations and bank/cash allocations
  • Manage supplier payment runs and account setup
  • Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve queries
  • Support month-end procedures and purchase order administration
  • Assist with external audits and business improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable or general finance
  • Strong attention to detail and high professional standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
