Your new company
Sandwell Council is committed to delivering excellent housing services to its residents. You’ll be joining a dedicated Home Ownership team within the wider Rent Accounting service, which consists of 17 staff members. The Home Ownership team has 8 specialists, and they're looking for one more expert to strengthen the team.
Your new role
- Handling Right to Buy applications end-to-end.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and council policies.
- Managing multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to progress cases smoothly.
