Accounts Manager job for a well-renowned firm in Cheshire.

This well respected chartered accountancy firm, with a strong regional presence is seeking to appoint a new accounts manager to their newly renovated Wilmslow office. Your new role
As accounts manager, you will be responsible for the preparation of accounts, working with clients across the board in a diverse range of sectors, with varying turnovers. Additionally, you will take a lead in the coaching of juniors, reviewing and supporting their audit/accounts work whilst providing valuable insights to clients helping to grow a portfolio. You will receive continuous support throughout your role, reporting to senior managers surrounding your progress, as well as keeping your client portfolio up to date at all times. You will take sole responsibility for a portfolio of clients which, due to succession planning, is ready to be passed on. There will also be opportunity in future to grow your own individual portfolio as well as the firms client base by networking and business development, and you will be involved in pitching for you.
What you'll need to succeed
This organisation is seeking a professional accounts manager with extensive experience working in practice, carrying out high-quality accounts work. You will be ACA/ ACCA qualified or part-qualified. The organisation is looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and managerial skills with a strong commitment to providing professional excellence to help you to build strong client relationships, as well as good analytical review skills. The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and expand upon their own skills as an accounts professional.
