Your new role

Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for the accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling statements and assisting with payment runs. You will equally take control over the sales ledger, monitoring the banking, allocating cash to the correct account and bank reconciliation. In a hands-on role, you will liaise with various stakeholders within the company in different departments, as well as external contacts like suppliers and customers. As this is a small team, you will also assist with doing phone calls and general administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

With a proven track record in transactional accounts work, possessing good knowledge of accounting principles and practices. With strong attention to detail, you will be able to work on your own initiative, be organised and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience of using accounting systems and good Excel is also required.
