Are an air conditioning and ventilation specialists based in Oldham, they are looking for a motivated and driven new team member to join as an Accounts Assistant. They are looking for someone who is a team player and looking to develop.

Your new role

You will be responsible for:

• Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations using Sage

• Managing CIS submissions and ensuring compliance

• Preparing and submitting VAT returns

• Monitoring accounts payable and receivable

• Supporting the finance team with general bookkeeping and reporting

• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors regarding financial queries

What you'll need to succeed

You will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Proficient in Sage

• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word & Outlook

• Excellent written and verbal communication
