A busy finance team in a London-based Charity is looking for an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis.

Your new company

My client is a well-respected, London-based Charity, based in Central London.

Your new role

The role is an Accounts Assistant. The role will include:

- Setting up new suppliers and dealing with queries
- Manage all aspects of supplier invoices and payments on Sage 50
- Processing staff expenses
- Weekly BACS runs
- Dealing with company credit cards
- Assist the Finance Manager with bank reconciliations and year-end adjustments, including accruals and prepayments
- Credit control
This role is temporary, but could become permanent for the right candidate.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will need previous experience of AP and AR, ideally using Sage 50.
