Accounts Assistant | Investment Management | London

Your new role
  • Bank Reconciliations: Prepare fortnightly bank reconciliations, post bank charges and ad hoc transactions, and liaise with the finance team to resolve outstanding items promptly.
  • Management Accounts: Oversee management accounts for the company, run monthly prepayment routines, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, month-end activities.
  • Accounts Payable: Processing all AP invoices, accruals and prepayments, payments and intercompany billings.
  • Provide support to the wider Finance team.
  • Experience in Sage, Oracle, or an equivalent.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
What you'll need to succeed
  • ACCA, ACA, CIMA (or equivalent) Finalist, QBE, or nearly qualified.
  • Experience in a financial markets background.
  • Motivated to understand the business and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with advanced capabilities
