Accounts Assistant
We're Hiring: Accounts Assistant (Hybrid Role) Permanent to start mid August
Location: (Bournemouth) Hybrid – 4 days office-based for the first 2 months, then 3 days in-office Salary: £30,000–£33,000 per annum (DOE) Team: Finance

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full accounts payable process—from purchase orders to payment runs
- Resolve supplier queries and discrepancies swiftly and professionally
- Reconcile supplier statements and credit cards with precision
- Prepare regular supplier and seller payment runs
- Process staff expenses and monthly payroll
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable
- Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
- Support month-end reporting and journal entries
- Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and automation projects

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts/finance in a high-volume environment
- AAT qualified (part or fully)
- Excellent numerical, data entry, and time management skills
- Proficiency with Excel and confidence handling large datasets
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus—but not essential
- A hands-on attitude and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro
