Your new role
A varied finance support role based in Gloucester, responsible for day‑to‑day processing across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll administration, bank reconciliations and petty cash.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and reconciling petty cash in line with company procedures
- Supporting accounts receivable by allocating payments and resolving queries
- Assisting with payroll administration and maintaining accurate staff records
- Completing regular bank reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
- Providing day‑to‑day finance and administrative support to the wider team
What you'll need to succeed
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks
- Strong experience in AP, AR, payroll or general finance administration
