Key Responsibilities
As the Accounts Administrator, you will play an essential role in the smooth running of the finance office. Responsibilities include:
  • Managing supplier accounts, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations and handling supplier queries
  • Processing sales invoices
  • Providing administrative support to operational staff and management
  • Answering incoming calls to the finance office
  • Carrying out general finance office duties as required

Desirable Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to learn. Ideal candidates will have:
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn new financial and operational software
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central (beneficial but not essential)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • High levels of initiative and energy
  • Strong communication skills and a solid work ethic
