Your new role

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and variance analysis.
• Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders as required.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven experience in contract roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a growing business environment.
• Knowledge within the retail sector is desirable but not essential.
