• Prepare management accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Handle ad hoc financial projects as required.

• 10+ years of experience in finance, with strong management accounting expertise.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
