A Top 100 North West based Accountancy firm is seeking experienced Accountant to join their Altrincham office. This is a dynamic and expanding accountancy and business advisory service with offices across the North West and Wales that work with a wide range of clients in varying industries and sizes. Your new role

As an Accountant, you will support the accounts portfolio managers to service clients and assist with client queries. You will have a range of bookkeeping, VAT returns, accounts preparation and tax computations duties. You will build relationships with clients and ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures. You will use a range of accounting software including Iris, Sage, Xero, and Quickbooks.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need previous experience within an accountancy practice. You will ideally be AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA part qualified. You will need bookkeeping and accounts preparation experience with a good knowledge of accounts software such as Sage, Xero Iris and Excel. You will need excellent team working skills and good communication, written and verbal.

In return, you will be offered a competitive salary between £25,000 and £32,000 dependent on experience. You will have the option to have hybrid working pattern and work 2 days from home.
