Your new role

• Reviewing and verifying invoice rates to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Authorising invoices for payment in line with contractual and financial guidelines
• Maintaining and updating internal databases with relevant financial and property data
• Ensuring all payments are correctly acknowledged by landlords and third parties
• Performing ledger reconciliations and supporting general accounting functions
• Calculating financial caps and apportionments as required
• Conducting data analysis to support financial decision-making
• Identifying discrepancies and accounting errors, and securing refunds where applicable
• Requesting and managing information from external stakeholders
• Preparing detailed accounting reports for internal and client use
• Supporting annual financial forecasting and budget planning activities
• Communicating with clients via telephone, Teams, and in-person meetings
• Carrying out ad hoc financial and administrative tasks as needed

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in accounts payable ledgers preferable
• Prior experience with service charges is preferable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills are essential.
• Professional telephone and written manner
• Background checks required
