My client is a leading provider of engineered solutions, renowned for delivering high-performance solutions to global B2B clients across diverse sectors. With a strong presence in the UK and expanding operations throughout Scandinavia and mainland Europe, they are seeking a dynamic and technically astute Key Account Manager to drive growth and deepen strategic relationships.


Your new role

The position is being offered full-time, Monday to Friday with the working hours below.
Monday to Thursday 08.00am until 16.30pm
Friday 08.00am until 14.00pm
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading business development initiatives, managing high-value accounts, and leading a business unit focused on delivering tailored electronic solutions. This is a pivotal role for a commercially driven professional with a strong technical foundation and a passion for international sales.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans across the UK, Scandinavia, Europe, and other key markets
Manage and grow relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention
Identify new business opportunities and lead negotiations for complex engineered solutions
Collaborate with technical teams to align product offerings with client needs
Report directly to senior leadership, contributing to business unit strategy and performance.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Business Unit Leadership
Strong technical background in Electronic Appliances, PCBs, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Demonstrated success in B2B sales within international markets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel across Europe
