Account Manager, Beauty & Retail, London, Hybrid-Working, £55,000 (+ £7,000 Bonus), Immediate Start!

Our client, an industry-leading Promotional Merchandising business whom work alongside clients all across the globe, are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Account Manager to join their UK operation. Working in their fantastic 50+ FTE office in London on a hybrid basis (3 days in / 2 days working from home), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client have been established for close to 40 years and have an impressive portfolio of over 120 household-name B2B clients. They work primarily with the world's biggest brands to create products that really wow customers, working in a range of sectors including Technology/FMCG/Health & Beauty/Professional Services/Finance. Due to their growth (and a couple of internal promotions!), they are now actively seeking the perfect candidate to come and join their team, owning a £2m+ P&L with one of their largest Beauty & Retail brands. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Owning the working relationship with an existing Beauty/Retail account - managing both offshore product development across packaging/gifting, in addition to sourcing needs for event activations/promotions
- Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for the Luxury client - conducting regular business reviews (either online or, occasionally, in person (Central London HQ)
- Focusing on the delivery of annual sales/margin targets
- Identifying any unique client needs, and providing a professional/efficient service within tight deadline(s)
- Working alongside in-house Creative/Purchasing team(s), and approved suppliers, to source great product at the best value
- Ensuring all product development is in line with the customer's expectations in terms of sustainability/brand guidelines/target market/luxury execution/client marketing strategy, whilst meeting the company's commercial requirements

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Minimum 3+ years' experience of working in an Account Management capacity (although not essential, any candidates from a 'creative' industry background are urged to apply!)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrable experience in developing an external client relationship through effective account management
- Experience of working on complex client projects (leading on projects from brief to development, etc)
- Proven ability to maintain/grow client relationships, working with key stakeholders at both junior and senior level(s)
- Success in securing/growing client spend
- Strong commercial focus/mindset
- Incredible organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Fun, sociable personality!

In addition to a very competitive basic salary of £50,000 - £55,000, our client are also offering the following:
