A profitable UK-based body-worn video technology company (£27-30m revenue, <100 employees, 40+ countries) is hiring two 360° Account Executives to drive growth across distinct territories.
Investment phase with momentum:
- Strong 5-year planning underway

Healthcare hasn't been a primary focus until the last 2 years – yet they're still hitting targets. Security has had no dedicated owner – yet generating £750k. Both territories have been managed alphabetically by two people splitting everything. Imagine what a dedicated, hungry hunter could do.
Two Distinct Opportunities
Role 1: NHS Healthcare Territory
- Own a defined territory within an existing £1m book across 80 NHS trusts
- Growth runway: Deepest account penetration is only 28%–leaving 72%+ expansion potential
- Scotland completely untapped
- Buyers shifting from security heads to C-suite/Chief Nurses/Chief Medical Officers.
Workplace violence costs the NHS £1.3bn annually, and rates have doubled since 2021. Body-worn video is moving beyond A&E security to protect nurses, mental health staff, and ward teams. This is a profitable, investment-backed healthtech (rare in the sector) where healthcare hasn't been the primary focus until the last 2 years – yet they're still hitting £1m targets. Imagine what's possible with dedicated attention.
Role 2: Security & Non-Police Territory
- Walk into £750k existing security business
- Deliberately broad territory: private security firms, stadiums, universities, construction, leisure operators, facilities management, hospitality
- You define where to focus and how to scale it
With 70% of UK police already using body-worn video, commercial buyers understand the value. You're selling protection to security guards facing assault, stadium stewards managing crowds, university security teams, construction site safety officers, and hospitality staff in high-risk environments. The technology is proven – your job is to show them why this solution is the right choice.
The Market Validation
Police sector: Only three companies are licenced for UK police use – they're the market leader. The police mandate body cameras for every officer.
Translation: Your buyers in healthcare and security already know this technology works because police use it.
The Role (Both Positions)
True 50/50 split:
New Business (50%):
- Own sales plan, generate pipeline, navigate procurement
- Close deals ranging £15k-£150k
- Build multi-stakeholder relationships at C-suite, operational, and safety levels
- Lead demonstration-led sales cycles
Account Management (50%):
- Single point of contact for your portfolio
- Drive expansion: new sites, departments, refresh projects
- Secure renewals and long-term contracts
- Coordinate internal resources (Technical Account Managers, Customer Success, Support)
What You'll Need
Essential:
- 3+ years in 360° sales (new business + account management)
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding revenue targets in solution-selling
- Experience selling into complex organisations (healthcare/public sector ideal for Role 1; security/facilities/B2B for Role 2)
- Strong prospecting, objection handling, closing, account mapping
- Ability to build credibility at senior stakeholder level
- UK travel capability (+ full clean driving licence for Security role)
Desirable:
- NHS procurement knowledge (Healthcare role) / Security sector experience (Security role)
- Public sector selling experience (Healthcare role strongly preferred)
- Salesforce CRM
- MEDDPICC or similar methodology
- Comfortable operating on hardware margins (Security role) vs. expecting SaaS-level commissions
The Package
- Base: £50-55k
- OTE: £25-30k (50% of base, uncapped beyond target)
- Total comp: £75-85k
