Real Estate Account Executive, Retail Team – Up to £85k, London/hybrid

Due to expansion within the Real Estate team, an opportunity for a Real Estate Account Executive has arisen.

Your new role

Your new role as a Real Estate Account Executive within the Retail team means that the purpose of your role is to manage and develop a portfolio of real estate clients, providing expert advice, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Some key responsibilities of the role include dealing with clients from inception to completion, providing expert advice on insurance products and services tailored to the real estate sector. Identify any opportunities for new business and work closely with the business development team to secure new clients alongside negotiating with insurers to obtain the best terms and coverage for clients. Other duties will include preparing and presenting insurance proposals and renewal reports to clients, conducting regular client reviews and working closely with your Account handlers.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will need proven experience working as a Real Estate/ or Property Owners Account Executive. It is important you are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, hold strong Excel skills and have used Insurance-related software. You must have a strong knowledge of insurance products and services relevant to the real estate sector, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. You must have strong negotiation and presentation skills, be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities. It would be beneficial for the role if you hold professional qualifications such as ACII (Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute).
