We are working with a well‑regarded national architecture studio to recruit a Senior Architectural Technician or technically strong Architect to join their Guildford office.
This role sits within a stable and well-established team delivering commercial and industrial projects, working closely with one of the studio’s key long-standing clients on a portfolio of live and forthcoming schemes.

Our client is a respected UK practice with a strong track record across commercial sectors. Their Guildford studio is lively, collaborative and well-connected, located close to the town centre with excellent transport links.

Your new role

This is a technically focused position suited to someone confident leading the production and coordination of technical information.

You will:

Play a key role within the project team, supporting delivery from design development through to construction information.
Work closely with senior architects and associates, acting as a technical lead on selected packages
Produce and coordinate detailed drawings using AutoCAD (the studio’s chosen platform for these projects)
Liaise directly with consultants and client representatives
Help maintain technical consistency and quality across multiple project stages

What you'll need to succeed

Senior Architectural Technician or Architect with strong technical delivery experience
Proven background in commercial and/or industrial projects
Confident AutoCAD user (essential)
Comfortable taking ownership of technical packages and supporting junior team members
Clear communicator, organised, and commercially aware
