• Leading divisional people plans aligned with organisational priorities.
• Advising senior leaders on complex people issues, policies and strategic workforce matters.
• Supporting transformation programmes including structural change, consultation and role design.
• Partnering with managers to build capability, improve culture and enable high‑performing teams.
• Overseeing complex employee matters, ensuring consistent, fair and professional handling.
• Using workforce insights and data to inform decisions, identify trends and drive improvements.
• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver people‑focused initiatives.
• Contributing to organisation‑wide people and OD programmes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Significant experience in a senior HR/People Partnering or OD Partnering role.
• Strong expertise in organisational change, employee relations and workforce planning.
• Ability to influence, challenge and support senior leaders within a complex environment.
• Excellent communication, coaching and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong analytical capability and confidence working with workforce insights.
• Experience working in large, multi‑layered or unionised environments is beneficial but not essential.
