A global, forward‑looking organisation undergoing a strategic evolution of its Talent Management approach. You will join a modern HR function focused on building scalable, data‑driven people practices that enable stronger leadership pipelines and organisational readiness for the future.
Your new role
As an experienced Interim Talent Management Specialist, you will partner closely with the Director of Talent Management to design and deliver enhanced approaches to Succession Planning and Talent Reviews. Acting as a trusted execution partner, you will translate strategy into practical frameworks, governance structures, and system‑enabled processes.
You will take ownership of structured project planning, drive progress at pace, and bring an outside‑in view of best practice. You will create executive‑ready materials, develop talent toolkits, and ensure that process design is tightly aligned to HRIS capability. This is a hands‑on role requiring both subject‑matter depth and disciplined execution.
Key focus areas include:
- Strengthening Succession Planning frameworks and delivery plans
- Designing a consistent, scalable Talent Review methodology
- Creating templates, guides and facilitation materials
- Providing external benchmarks and best‑practice insights
- Partnering with Tech teams to optimise HRIS Talent modules
- Creating clear communication channels and supporting adoption
What you’ll need to succeed
- Deep expertise in Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Talent Reviews gained in complex matrix global environments.
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS Talent functionality (Talent Cards, Succession Planning module, Talent Review, Career Hub)
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to move from strategy to practical delivery
- Ability to create visually compelling, executive‑ready materials
- Strong stakeholder navigation and facilitation skills
- Ability to operate independently while influencing senior stakeholders
