Paralegal role for candidates with Real Estate Finance experience. Hybrid work + excellent development opps.

I'm looking to speak with a skilled and proactive Paralegal in Newcastle or the wider North East region who can demonstrate a high level of experience working on a broad range of property finance and development matters, supporting high-profile clients and complex transactions. My client is looking to recruit a Senior Paralegal for its growing and busy team based in the centre of Newcastle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting property and development finance transactions
  • Assisting with commercial and residential development work
  • Managing landlord and tenant matters, including lease reviews and documentation
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders

Key Requirements:

  • Significant experience as a paralegal in real estate finance and development
  • Strong understanding of property law and transactional processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator and team player
