Your new role

As an IT Service Support Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the IT Services team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Articles, managing procurement processes through ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics AX), and liaising with suppliers via portals to ensure goods and services are delivered as agreed.

You’ll maintain internal databases, respond to customer queries, and use ticketing systems to log and update issues within SLA guidelines. You’ll also produce reports on supplier performance and SLA compliance, and support ad hoc project tasks that contribute to continuous improvement across the team.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
  • Proven administrative experience within an IT or service support environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Confidence in using ticketing systems and supplier portals
