Global media marketing agency Hays are working with a global media agency who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help the business scale strategically and re-define the recruitment attraction.

Key responsibilities
Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment for open roles across the agency, including briefing, sourcing, interviewing and offer stages.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, write compelling job specs, and create structured interview processes.
Working with our Talent Sourcers on proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to attract both active and passive talent.
Maintain excellent candidate communication and ensure a positive experience throughout the process
Schedule and support interviews, collate feedback, and guide hiring decisions.
Review and improve recruitment processes to ensure they are efficient, inclusive, and support hiring managers with interview guidance, toolkits and best practices. Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, status updates, and offer tracking

Required skills and experience
Proven recruitment experience, ideally in a marketing, creative, or media agency environment.
Strong track record of independently managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles and seniorities.
Confident sourcing directly via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
Experience advising on headcount planning, forecasting, or pipelining.
Highly organised and responsive, with strong stakeholder management skills.
Able to hit the ground running and deliver value quickly in a fast-paced environment.
