This organisation works closely with a diverse portfolio of clients, particularly in the healthcare and casualty sectors, delivering tailored claims support and advocacy solutions across the world.

As a Claims Handler, you’ll manage complex insurance cases across areas including medical malpractice, indemnity, liability, and motor. You’ll collaborate closely with insurers, legal representatives, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth resolution of claims. Your responsibilities will include cradle-to-grave claims management, the development of customised claims procedures, and the delivery of in-depth claims analysis reporting. You’ll also lead client-facing claims meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

You’ll need a solid background in claims investigation and resolution, ideally within the healthcare, medical malpractice, casualty, or complex liability sectors. Knowledge of UK insurance law, medical terminology, and regulatory frameworks will be essential. Strong analytical skills, relationship-building abilities, and effective communication are key, along with experience interpreting policy wording and identifying optimal claims strategies.
