Your new company

Join a global leader in insurance and risk management, renowned for its ethical culture, collaborative environment, and commitment to operational excellence. With a presence in over 150 countries, this organisation offers a dynamic and inclusive workplace where innovation and integrity thrive.

Your new role

You’ll play a key role in embedding the first line target operating model within the trading division. You’ll ensure effective oversight and implementation of policies, procedures, and controls that minimise business risk. The role involves close collaboration with second and third line teams, monitoring training compliance, supporting committee reporting, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll also promote a strong risk culture, manage internal communications, coordinate meetings, and oversee administrative tasks. Leadership of direct reports and proactive stakeholder engagement are also central to the role.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll bring a foundational understanding of the insurance industry and a clear motivation to grow within an operational role. Ideally, you will have experience within risk or compliance within the industry. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset are essential. You’ll be confident working independently, with high integrity and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a desire to contribute meaningfully to a high-performing team will set you apart.

What you'll get in return

This is an interesting opportunity with a fantastic team and a company that offers internal mobility opportunities and career development. You will need to be flexible to work 3 days a week in the London office.
