The IT support engineer is responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and day-to-day operations of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure. Working closely with the IT & Systems Manager, this role ensures that the organisation’s technology environment remains reliable, secure, and efficient across all business verticals. The IT Support Engineer plays a key role in providing technical support, maintaining hardware and software systems, assisting in system implementation, and ensuring smooth integration of technology solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, networks, and business applications.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers, cloud services, and network equipment
Monitor and troubleshoot cloud services, devices, and connectivity across office and remote sites
Assist in implementing new systems and solutions, including configuration, data migration, and testing
Ensure system documentation, procedures, and configurations are up-to-date and aligned with standards. Contribute to the optimisation of IT processes and identification of cost-effective solutions
Monitor IT assets, track inventory, and support procurement planning and lifecycle management

You will need to have experience in IT support or system administrator roles.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic cloud infrastructure
Strong understanding of networks,
Windows systems, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure), and cybersecurity fundamentals
Experience supporting business applications such as ERP systems
Proactive and solutions-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills
