Your new company

Hays Education is working in partnership with a wide range of schools and early years settings across the Black Country. We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants (TAs) and Early Years Practitioners (EYPs) for flexible day-to-day and short-term roles starting in September 2025.

Your new role

You will play a vital role in supporting pupils across a range of age groups and abilities. This includes:

• 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
• SEN support within mainstream and specialist settings
• Assisting with classroom activities and small group interventions
• Supporting early development in nursery and EYFS environments

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working with children in a school or nursery setting
• A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning or Early Years)
• Experience supporting children with SEN or in a 1:1 capacity is highly desirable.
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
