Digital Workplace Analyst | South Yorkshire | Circa £50,000 | Hybrid

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for digital transformation? We’re looking for a Digital Workplace Analyst to join a well-established, mid-sized organisation in the engineering and infrastructure sector. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the digital future of a business that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As a Digital Workplace Analyst, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and deliver smart, user-focused digital solutions. You’ll be instrumental in driving the adoption of modern workplace tools and enhancing operational efficiency through technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and document business requirements, processes, and user stories
  • Design and implement digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Support and enhance existing systems and tools
  • Lead small-scale digital projects and contribute to larger transformation initiatives
  • Promote digital adoption and best practices across the organisation
What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a business analyst or similar IT role
  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis or similar qualification
  • Experience working in agile environments is desirable.
