About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to sit at the nexus of legal, finance, and business operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in understanding our products—particularly digital assets and blockchain infrastructure—ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, and educating our teams to confidently set up and advise on these new frontiers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted liaison between legal, finance, and business units, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.
  • Develop expertise in digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, and relevant regulations to inform business decisions.
  • Lead and support NDA workstreams, building and nurturing strategic relationships.
  • Educate and empower internal teams on legal and regulatory considerations associated with digital assets and blockchain technology.
  • Collaborate on projects within the regulatory environment, ensuring compliance and innovation.
  • Manage legal project workflows with strong project management skills.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices—constantly eager to learn and adapt.

    What We're Looking For:
  • Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and financial frameworks related to digital assets and blockchain.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly with legal or compliance workstreams.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trust across teams.
  • A proactive learner who is excited to explore new technologies and regulations.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently.
