Supplier Health and Onboarding Manager working within our busy Procurement Centre of Excellence

Your new company

Our client is the UK’s leading facilities management and professional services company. With a strong track record and a commitment to excellence, the company partners with organisations across the public and private sectors to achieve strategic goals and create remarkable environments.

Your new role

We are seeking an inspiring and results-driven Team Leader to manage and guide a dedicated supplier onboarding and compliance team. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory
Standards, and building strong relationships with our suppliers.

You will lead, support, and develop the team, with a focus on overseeing day-to-day team operations and ensuring high standards, including in Compliance, Risk, Onboarding and Supplier Health. As a primary point of contact, you will provide support and guidance whilst identifying and developing process enhancements to boost service quality, including SOPs, training materials, and workflows, and conducting regular reviews of documentation. You will also:

  • Drive quality assurance and manage reporting on supplier onboarding, maintenance, and health workstreams
  • Ensure effective management of tickets and DSP reports, prioritising tasks to meet SLAs.
  • Track and manage the NSR process, update related information, and conduct data gap analyses to develop corrective action plans. Collaborate with the MDM team to align processes and ensure third-party data feeds function correctly.
  • Issue supplier health alerts advising colleagues of changes/risks.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will have proven experience in supplier management relationships, including the onboarding and compliance with the supplier. You will also have a track record in a person's leadership role with the ability to drive and motivate the team whilst focusing on results and data. A Financial/Procurement background would be a big advantage with the ability to conduct supplier risk assessments and work on P2P systems. A MCIPS qualification would be ideal but not necessary.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will get a salary of £40,000 per annum, with a mix of fantastic benefits from paid holiday to discounts at a number of high street shops, private pension and healthcare, through a share-saving scheme and training opportunities with a leading Learning and Development team.
