Your new role

• Leading month-end close processes for financing and holding entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Preparing quarterly VAT returns and monthly corporate tax provisions in line with current legislation.
• Managing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Producing statutory accounts under IFRS and managing external audit engagements.
• Mentoring and developing a qualified accountant within your team.
• Driving process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial reporting and efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CAANZ or equivalent).

• Audit training and experience in a high-growth business.

• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK tax regulations.

• A track record in financial reporting, audit, and team leadership.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with automation tools and financial systems such as NetSuite.
