Leading North East firm seeking a junior/mid-level Real Estate lawyer (Commercial and/or Residential).

The firm is now seeking a skilled lawyer to join its thriving Real Estate team in Newcastle.

The Role:

This is a dynamic and varied position, offering exposure to high-value matters that are central to the firm’s success. You’ll work across a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, with a particular focus on:

  • Residential and commercial development
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Property finance

What We’re Looking For:

I'm keen to hear from lawyers with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate. Equally important is a proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues across all levels of the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in real estate law
  • A team-oriented attitude and willingness to support others
  • Ability to commute to the Newcastle city centre office
  • Comfortable with hybrid working arrangements
