Your new company
An opportunity has arisen with an award-winning, high-profile organisation based in Gloucester. They are looking to expand their IT support function and are seeking a seasoned, confident, reliable and friendly IT Support Technician to join their infrastructure teams.

Your new role
You will play a key role as part of the technical infrastructure services team, working collaboratively to drive the business forward. You will be expected to achieve your day-to-day service desk KPIs, have a hands-on approach to incident/request resolution and be proactive in finding solutions.

You will help support their current team with IT issues across a Windows 11/Office 365 environment.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Prior experience support in a service desk environment
  • Exposure supporting W10/W11 systems
  • An understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
