This is a full 360 role offering exposure to quality work, hands‑on client relationships, and meaningful involvement in business development. The Role
You’ll handle a varied caseload of commercial disputes, which may include:
- Contract and shareholder disputes
- Professional negligence matters
- Intellectual property litigation
- Insolvency‑related claims
About You
We welcome applications from commercial litigators who can demonstrate:
- Ability to manage your own caseload from instruction through to resolution
- Experience advising clients on a wide range of contentious commercial matters
- Strong drafting skills (pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements, contracts, etc.)
- Confident legal research, analysis, and strategic thinking
- A proactive, commercial mindset and the desire to grow client relationships
- Professional communication skills and a collaborative approach
