The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SEND team to create a calm and structured environment that supports the pupil’s communication, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning. You will help implement individual strategies, support transitions and routines, and build a trusting relationship that encourages confidence and independence.
The role may involve personal care and sensory support, and will require a consistent, empathetic approach to managing behaviour.

We welcome applicants with experience in early years or SEND settings, particularly those familiar with supporting non-verbal children or pupils with behavioural challenges.
