About the Role:
We are working with a number of inclusive and supportive secondary schools who are seeking Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

About the Role:
We are working with a number of inclusive and supportive secondary schools who are seeking Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in the classroom to access the curriculum
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning strategies
- Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Provide emotional and behavioural support where needed
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based or alternative settings)
- A genuine interest in supporting students with SEN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and resilience
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, Psychology degree) are desirable but not essential
