What You’ll Be Doing

✨ Supporting children with a range of additional needs (SEMH, ASC, MLD, SLD, and more) ✨ Helping pupils access learning and build independence ✨ Creating a calm, positive, and encouraging environment ✨ Working closely with teachers and SENCOs ✨ Using patience, empathy, and creativity to help students shine ✨ Making every day rewarding — for you and your pupils!

What You’ll Need

✔ Experience working with children or vulnerable adults (school or non‑school settings welcome!) ✔ A caring, patient, adaptable approach ✔ Confidence supporting students with a range of needs ✔ An enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one through Hays)
