Your new role

• Provide expert advice on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across the organisation.
• Support the development and delivery of reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent, both starting in their career and for experienced colleagues.
• Conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis to ensure competitiveness and an appealing package.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to advise on pay structures, bonus schemes, and incentive plans.
• Assist in the annual salary review and bonus cycles, including data analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to the development of reward communications and training materials.
• Monitor trends and best practices in rewards and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support with reward projects, such as the introduction of total reward statements

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a reward or compensation role, HR Advisors with great reward experience could also be considered.
• Knowledge of reward frameworks, job evaluation methodologies, and market benchmarking tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to start at short notice (less than 1 month)
